A few things to note about the ranges:
- Private vs match calls. Private calls carry the higher per-minute value (800–1500 beans); match calls are fixed at 500 beans per minute.
- Gifts. The host share is 30%, and individual gifts sit somewhere in the 159–135999 bean band depending on the gift.
- Paid images and replies. Smaller amounts per action (49–699 beans per image; 10–16 beans per reply) that add up with volume.
Bean conversion
The Masti policy publishes these conversions:
- 10,000 beans = 80 INR (bank transfer).
- 12,000 beans = 1 USD (Epay).
- 12,000 beans = 1 USDT.

To qualify, a host must meet all of these in the week: 5 valid days, 4 hours of daily work time (including 2 hours in peak time, 9 PM–1 AM Indian time), a call answer rate above 90% and a text response rate above 80%. How media quality affects earnings
The policy connects profile media directly to income: poor-quality photos and videos may reduce your exposure and affect your earnings. Deductions and refunds
The policy states that if callers request a refund from Google or by other means, the corresponding amount is deducted from the related hosts. Running more than one Masti ID at the same time can also result in all related income being removed.
