If you want to build a team of hosts on the Masti app, you need a Masti Agency. This guide walks through what an agency is, how Masti Agency registration works, what the official review involves, and the activity requirements you must keep once you are approved. Every figure and rule here comes from the official Masti Host & Agency Recruitment Policy.
What is a Masti Agency?
A Masti Agency recruits hosts — also called anchors — and supports them on the Masti live video-chat platform. According to the Masti policy, an agency recruits new anchors from other apps, handles onboarding and policy guidance, provides daily support, and encourages hosts to work and follow the rules. In return, the agency earns a weekly commission calculated on the total weekly earnings of all its anchors (basic income plus match bonus).
An agency is a different role from a host. Hosts go live and take calls; agencies manage and grow a roster of hosts. The two use different registration links, so it is important to start on the right one.
Before you register
Preparing a few things first makes the review smoother:
- A recruitment plan. The policy requires agencies to recruit anchors from other apps, not from existing Masti agencies. Have a sense of where your hosts will come from.
- Previous platform data, if you have it. The sub-agency rules mention providing previous platform data during review; having numbers ready helps.
- Capacity to support hosts. You will be responsible for onboarding, policy guidance and daily support.
- Understanding of the rules. Read the agency requirements and the violation rules before you commit.
Registration steps
The process is short. The work comes after approval.
- Open the Masti Agency registration link. Use the agency link — not the host app download link.
- Submit your agency details. Complete the form and include any previous platform data if requested.
- Wait for the official review. Masti reviews applications before an agency is approved.
- Start onboarding anchors. Once approved, begin recruiting hosts from other apps and guiding their setup.

Join Masti AgencyThe official review
According to the Masti policy, an official review is required before an agency — and before any sub-agency — is approved. For sub-agencies specifically, the policy states the sub-agency must have at least 5 active hosts and weekly earnings of at least $100, with previous platform data provided. The policy does not publish a fixed processing time, so plan for a short wait and keep your recruitment pipeline warm in the meantime.
Requirements after joining
Approval is the start, not the finish. The Masti policy sets clear activity thresholds an agency must maintain:
- Over 10 total active anchors, where "active" means working hours of at least 1 hour.
- More than 5 anchors working every week.
- At least 5 salaried anchors (minimum 50,000 income per week) within one month of joining Masti.
The policy states that an agency will be dismissed if it does not have enough anchors after joining, and that agencies falling below 5 salaried anchors one month after joining will be dismissed — in which case the anchors can choose to join other agencies themselves.
According to the Masti policy, any violation of the agency rules can result in severe penalties, including but not limited to salary suspension, agency dismissal, or a permanent ban.
How agency commission works
Agency commission is based on the combined weekly earnings (in INR) of all your anchors — basic income plus match bonus — measured from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (GMT +8). It updates every Monday. The 7 levels are:
| Level | Weekly team earning (INR) | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | < 40,000 | 10% |
| Level 2 | ≥ 40,000 | 14% |
| Level 3 | ≥ 120,000 | 18% |
| Level 4 | ≥ 240,000 | 22% |
| Level 5 | ≥ 480,000 | 28% |
| Level 6 | ≥ 800,000 | 35% |
| Level 7 | ≥ 1,200,000 | 40% |
These are rates, not guaranteed amounts. Your commission depends entirely on how much your anchors actually earn in a given week. For a full breakdown, read Masti Agency Commission Explained.
Adding sub-agencies
A parent agency can also earn a ratio on the weekly bean income of each sub-agency: 10% below 500,000 beans, 15% at 500,000+, 20% at 1,000,000+, 25% at 2,500,000+ and 30% at 5,000,000+. The policy is strict about the relationship: only the first registration through the parent agency's invitation link can be bound, the binding is permanent and cannot be changed, and a sub-agency cannot be transferred.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Recruiting existing Masti anchors from other agencies. The policy prohibits this; violations lead to a ban and suspended salaries.
- Promoting other apps inside Masti. The policy says the agency can be cancelled immediately.
- Fake data or fake hosts. Fake data, fake hosts, multiple accounts and account trading are strictly prohibited.
- Ignoring the one-month salaried-anchor target. Falling short of 5 salaried anchors (50,000+ income/week) within a month can end the agency.
